How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Determine Warranty Status
Send us the model number, serial number, and application type. We’ll confirm coverage.
Step 2: Order Replacement Parts
Once the necessary parts have been identified, order them through your local store or online. All replacement parts will be billed to your account.
Step 3: Return Failed Parts
Return all non-CBP parts or units to TSI, or any part we request for return.
Step 4: Submit Warranty Paperwork
Include a completed SCA form with the returned part. Once adjudicated and approved, we’ll credit your account (minus any applicable fees).

Please remember to fill out your SCA forms with complete part and serial numbers for both the failed and replacement items—especially for compressors and coils.
